Due to System upgrades ALL ELECTRONIC BANKING SYSTEMS WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FROM 5:00 PM FRIDAY, MAY 5TH UNTIL 8:00 AM MONDAY, MAY 8TH.
Please plan accordingly...i.e. check account balances, make transfers, etc.
Systems not accessible include:
- Personal Online Banking
- Business Online Banking (including ACH Manager & Merchant Deposit)
- Mobile Banking (TouchBanking)
- BillPay/PopMoney
- Telebanc
- Account Transfers
- Quicken and QuickBooks Connections
- Any apps that connect to your bank account
Debit and Credit Cards will remain functional
No Account Alerts will be sent from 5:00 PM Friday, May 5th until Monday, May 8th. Missed weekend alerts will not be re-sent. Current alerts will resume on Monday.
BillPay/PopMoney will not be accessible from 3:00 PM Friday, May 5th until Monday, May 8th. Payments already in the system will not be affected.
Online Banking shortcuts (if any) that include 'web3.secureinternetbank.com' will need to be deleted. We recommend against shortcuts and advocate always accessing online banking via our www.ssbhibbing.com website because we use the website for important announcements and information. If you want to establish a new shortcut after the upgrade, access online banking via our website www.ssbhibbing.com first.
Personal online banking users will be required to establish new security questions the first time logging in on/after Monday, May 8th.
QuickBooks and Quicken WebConnect is expected to be offline for a few weeks. We advocate performing a sync before 5:00 PM on Friday, May 5th. Beginning Monday, you can download a file from online banking to import into your QuickBooks or Quicken. Downloads can be performed as frequently as desired.
